WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
We offer the following 12-month pre-paid contracts:
• 10 hours (minimum) – $1000.00
• 20 hours – $2,000.00
• 40 hours – $4,000.00
• 70 hours – $7,000.00
• 120 hours – $12,000.00
Use up your hours before the end of 12-months? All contracts include an auto-renew option at your original discounted rate.
HOW TO PAY
The full retainer amount is due at the time of the contract signing. As services are used, time is deducted from the pre-paid retainer. All work performed is itemized after each task is completed to show usage which you can access this information via the client portal anytime! We accept cash, company checks, Master Card, Visa, and American Express. You can pay easily by using our buy now buttons on the right. If a custom quote and retainer amount have been put together for you, you will receive an email with your payment information included and a link with the option to pay online with a credit card.
LEFTOVERS?
We do our best to make sure you stay up-to-date on the status of your retainer hours, but ultimately it’s your responsibility to make sure they’re used within the 12-month time frame. Unfortunately, unused hours at the end of the contract are forfeited, and the old contract rates will no longer be guaranteed if you wish to re-sign.
